Our main philosophy is to “do it once” thereby having no need to have repeat calls for service issues or problems if and when the company grows. We constantly tell customers we give you what you need, not what you want. This statement itself maybe a bit facetious but over years and from experience, persons always perform their due diligence; conducting research, quotes from various contractors etc, and usually think they know what they want. As we all know real world experience and expertise is what allows person to really be in the know and by having this, we usually end up saving our customers money. Most clients usually want more than they actually need.

Over the years the founder of this company has amassed a wealth of knowledge working with both telcos in Barbados as well as ICT solutions providers on the island. The initial start of the company came out from the fact we realised we can provide the same solutions as other larger companies, at less cost and still be profitable which translated into a win, win situation for everyone. One of the major industries we saw this in, was the hospitality sector, where solutions were grossly overpriced and under featured, especially for smaller hotels and restaurants which had smaller budgets but, also due to their size and staff might have needed more tools to streamline operations due to the staffing complement also being much smaller than larger companies.

Infiniti Networkz, believes that technology should be equally accessible and affordable for everyone and that is why we formed the company. Going forward we are looking to expand our reach throughout the wider Caribbean especially in the realms of whole home Wi-Fi solutions (Managed Wi-Fi), Smart home (Home  Automation) and FTTx (Fiber to the home, building, premise, in home fiber solutions et al).
